MIPI Automotive Birds of a Feather Group

Agreement to enable submissions and contributions by non-member guest participants in the MIPI Alliance, Inc. ("MIPI") Automotive Birds of a Feather ("BoF") Group activity.

Please complete this form to indicate your interest in joining the MIPI Automotive BoF Group. Group leaders will review your information and respond within a week.

To participate in the MIPI Automotive BoF activity and submit materials to the BoF group for further use by MIPI, (a) review the terms below, (b) fully complete all blank lines below in this form and (c) click on "I agree" and "submit".

I understand and acknowledge that:

• Confidential Information of MIPI and MIPI members must be kept in confidence, using at least a reasonable degree of care. “Confidential Information” means (a) any document marked “confidential” or with a similar legend, or (b) any information disclosed orally that is unambiguously identified as confidential at the time of disclosure.

• Any information or materials provided to MIPI will be a “Contribution.” Contributions will be non-confidential. MIPI will have a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-sublicensable copyright license to reproduce, distribute, display, perform and create derivative works of the Contributions. MIPI will have no obligation to pay any compensation in connection with Contributions.

• No other intellectual property licenses are granted under these terms or in connection with the associated engagement with MIPI.

• Any individual participating as a representative of a company or other legal entity represents and warrants that they are authorized by that entity to agree to these terms.
